I found this recipe online and modified it a little to my liking. I made chocolate cupcakes with Guinness. The cupcake was then infused with a chocolate Jameson ganache. On top the frosting consisted of a butter cream Bailey's caramel. Sooo delicious.
I am going to try and make these again soon but I want to practice the presentation.
