I recently made a chocolate peanut butter layered cheesecake. It was a hit! Everyone enjoyed it and I didn't even bake it. No baking involved. It was pretty easy recipe the only thing was the wait time when I froze it to layer the ganache on top. The picture doesn't show the different layers as much. It's an Oreo pie crust, peanut butter cheesecake, chocolate moose and bittersweet chocolate ganache.
Made my weekend!
